Returns
• We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order items.
• Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging are required for approval.

Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• Once production has started, cancellation or refund is not possible.
