Cancellation Policy

All Stone Liberty products are handmade and made to order.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, or once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.

Stone Liberty reserves the right to cancel an order in case of unforeseen circumstances, material unavailability, or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
